Directions:

• For best results apply at the first signs of migraine or headache
• Cut or tear open sachet and remove one sheet
• Remove transparent film
• Wipe away sweat from skin before applying
• Place gel sheet on forehead or back of neck
• If required the sheet can be cut to a more suitable size
• For best results use each gel sheet only once as sheets will not stick well if removed and reapplied frequently

Cautions:

• Not suitable for children under 13 years
• Never place the sheet near mouth or nose to prevent risk of suffocation or choking
• Never leave those who cannot remove the gel sheet by themselves unattended while using this product
• Do not apply to broken or irritated skin – discontinue use if irritation occurs
